  The living room with stone walls and oak beams  

Ground floor:
Large sitting room, triple aspect, large fireplace with a wood-burning stove. Exposed stone with original alcoves and beamed ceiling.

Large kitchen, also triple aspect with a quarry tiled floor. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a large farmhouse table. From the dining area there are double doors to the patio and garden. There is ample garden furniture for barbeques.

The cloakroom has a washbasin, WC and a full size automatic washing machine.

  First Floor:
There is a wooden staircase to the first floor with three bedrooms and bathroom leading off. The main bedroom has a double bed, and also has separate access to the bathroom. Bedroom two has one double and one single bed. Bedroom three has twin beds.

The large bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over.

Travel cot available on request. 		 

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped

Facilities:

Gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezing compartment, satellite TV (free channels only), telephone, parking for about 3 cars, barbecue, garden furniture, 4 sun loungers. Swimming pool - 10m x 5m, with paving and patio area around pool.


In the kitchen, there is a computer with internet and wifi access. However, for technical reasons, we cannot guarantee that this will be working at all times, and does not form a contractual part of the rental.

Four mountain bikes are available for rental at £10 per week each. Suitable teenage to adult.

Nearby activities: Golf, tennis, fishing, canoeing, horse riding, cycling, walking, sight-seeing, dining, local markets

Sheets and towels are provided, but please bring your own pool towels.
