The sitting/dining room has a large fireplace, quarry tile floor,
wooden beams and exposed stones. Furnished with settees, chairs,
dining table and sideboard/cupboards.
The kitchen leads off, and is equipped with cooker,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and is generously
equipped with utensils, and everything you need.
There is a downstairs toilet/cloakroom just off the entrance hall

A wide period wooden staircase
leads to the landing with the impressive master bedroom
leading off. With it's high ceilings, carved fireplace
and massive ceiling beams it is an outstanding feature of
the house. There is an en suite shower room, double bed
and two single beds.
There are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and
the other 2 single beds. Leading off the landing is a
bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The futon in the living room
converts into a comfortable double bed, providing total
accommodation for up to 4 people.
An old oak front door leads from the main living area
to the patio, with garden table, chairs and a
barbecue. Mature trees provide plenty of shade for
relaxing when the temperature rises.
Downstairs there is a large entrance hall with a
second shower room/toilet leading off - very
convenient when coming in from the pool - and
an external door to the cental courtyard and
parking area.
