Enjoy the top class food at local restaurants, canoe down the River Dronne, or visit the many interesting attractions and picturesque villages. |
| Les Chauses is situated in an idyllic setting in a small hamlet The house is approximately 250 years old, and has been restored and equipped to a high standard with all modern conveniences, whilst retaining a rustic country farmhouse feeling with it's old beams, exposed stone walls, wooden floors and kitchen with local quarry tiles. There is a sunny patio to the side of the house, with shade from an apple tree. The garden slopes down to attractive woods, and in the centre is the 10m x 5m swimming pool, built and maintained to a high standard. The pool is alarmed for the safety of children. |

Garden The garden is totally private, and birds and wildlife abound in the natural woodland. A variety of trees provide plenty of shade. An open sided barn to one side of the house is used to shelter the car and as a wood store, and there is ample garden furniture for barbeques or relaxing by the pool. The surrounding countryside is green and attractive, with rolling hills. and many delightful walks from the door. It is also wonderful cycling country and cycles are available on request. |
